Be a part of the growing digital channel of a leading brandOpportunity to be a part of a Global Sports MNCAbout Our ClientOur client is a globally renowned sportswear and footwear brand, known for its innovation and performance-driven products.Job DescriptionDrive ROI-focused digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance marketing platformsPlan and execute tactical campaigns such as End of Season Sales and product/category pushesCollaborate with creative and media agencies for campaign briefing, performance reviews, and daily execution and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and executionMonitor and optimize campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools to track ROAS, CTR, conversions, and footfallsCoordinate with the e-commerce team to align landing page experience, category traffic, and conversion goalsAnalyze click-through data and conversion metrics to generate actionable insights and improve campaign efficiencyPartner with offline retail and CRM teams to support integrated omnichannel marketing goalsConduct ongoing market research and A/B testing to refine messaging, creatives, and targetingThe Successful Applicant5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerceProven ability to drive ROI-led campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Google AnalyticsExperience working with digital agencies and internal e-commerce teams to execute and optimize campaignsStrong analytical mindset with expertise in click data, traffic analysis, and performance reporting
