Were looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join our dynamic team.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across various departments.- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in business management.- Lead and manage a team of 2030 members, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.- Strategically plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly and monthly client retention targets across the assigned client portfolio.- Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients to drive long-term engagement.- Hire, train, and retain team members by formulating development plans and addressing their training needs.- Ensure swift and effective resolution of client issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.- Support the field sales team in meeting revenue and retention targets through structured follow-ups and timely deal closures.- Conduct 23 in-person client meetings daily to strengthen relationships and drive business outcomes.Experience and Education:- MBA graduate with strong academics- 4+ yrs. of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention- Preference for candidates with team handling experience of 10+ team members in last 2 yrs (ref:iimjobs.com)
