OverviewService Delivery ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee key service relationships, ensuring excellence in service assurance and technical liaison on behalf of clients. This role is responsible for delivering generalist Cyber consultancy, being application aware, and identifying growth opportunities through new or upgraded products.Liaising with internal technical staff to drive enhancements in client SLAs and reporting.Ensuring analysts meet SLA and follow procedures, with strong report writing skills.Onboarding new Clients and continuously improving operations and engagement.Developing deep understanding of client business, including strategic planning, roadmaps, and workshops.Key ResponsibilitiesSome key responsibilities include:Preparing and presenting operational reporting at monthly meetings.Managing client SLAs and reporting, including driving enhancements.Ensuring L1 and L2 analysts meet SLA and follow procedures.Excellent report writing skills.New Client onboarding.Continuously improving operations and client engagement.Creating CSIPs for client patch management.Developing deep understanding of client business, including orchestration of strategic business planning, roadmaps, and workshops.Risk and Issue Management.Problem Management.Scope Management.Change Management.Major Incident Management.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with internal teams and developing expertise in Cyber consultancy.
