About the role:


In this key role, you will manage and drive direct sales engagements of Link fields Sales & Services Portfolio into a set of Enterprise accounts. Your focus will be to

• Create and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments of Link fields products and services.

• Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process.

• Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Customer mindshare.

• Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships


As an Enterprise Accounts Manager, you will:

• Generate enterprise business opportunities and managing the sales process through to closure of the sale.

• Achievement of agreed quarterly sales goals.

• Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets and service levels.

• Managing relationships with all accounts and partners both within India and globally.

• Provide consulting and guidance on integrating partners existing systems with ours

• Identifying business development opportunities with key focus on growing business from existing partners

• Implementation of marketing initiatives and sales promotions

• Delivering presentations pitches to introduce new services to existing partners.

• Negotiating closing deals which establish long term business partnerships.

• Liaising with internal teams, across practices to enable efficient and timely client setups integrations and with delivery/operations to ensure smooth functioning of the team as a whole.

• Assist resolve conflicts, issues and problems and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner to maintain trust.

• Recommend changes in products, services and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.


We expect you possess

o Proven ability to sell solutions to Fortune and Competitive Accounts with proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.

o Experience in closing large deals.

o Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

o A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle

o Minimum 8 years sales experience selling to Fortune 1000 Major Accounts.

o Minimum 6 years selling enterprise ERP/CRM/Core Technology products and services.

o Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

o Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality.
