Your Will Be's :

- Devise and operationalize long-term partnership framework and execution strategy to unlock enterprise partnerships for the business in relevant sectors.

- Own P&L for the vertical and drive revenue targets whilst delivering the desired contribution.

- Establish strategic tie-ups across channels crucial for growth and revenue.

- Be the bridge between partners and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects.

- Maintain existing partnerships and identify areas to grow further.

- Create outcome-driven engagement plans with BFSI partners to ensure regular tracking and returns on these partnerships.

- Be the single point of contact for our key partners and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner.

- Manage all processes in finalizing such partnerships (i.e. lead generation, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration, and follow-up).

- Work with the COO/Co-founder & Sales Director to drive the overall strategy and growth roadmap. Prospect & partner with agencies and organizations by building relationships with key decision-makers.

- Tie-ups with Gifting, Corporate Wellness, Corporate HR's & Canteen Business(Tie-up with Army CSD Canteens) would be the major relationship building the role would encompass.

- Research about the industry, geography, business requirements, competitors, etc.

- Conduct weekly/monthly competitive analysis for key markets, Action opportunities with and counter competitor pitches.

- Identify, co-ordinate and engage the necessary stakeholders.

- Qualify client needs including budgetary, product, service requirements and plan overall course of action for each client. Ensure brand standards, USP, and market proposition is clear and compelling.

- Take responsibility for all phases of the complete sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations, contracting terms, and client service requirements.

- Negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes whilst optimizing revenue margin.

- Form multi-level relationships with the concerned department of target companies i.e. CEOs, CFOs, Procurement, Admin, Human Resources.

- Develop an effective sales pipeline and ensure efficiency to improve conversion. Eliminate dormancy. Manage RFP/ RFI.

- Generate revenue as per the monthly, quarterly, and annual plan.

- Profitability analysis, documentation, and customer retention: Analyzing the value proposition for parties involved and preparation of commercial documents related to the business association.

- Identify cross-sell & Upsell opportunities for different verticals.

- MIS, Reporting: Monitor, evaluate and report on individual accounts and markets progress. toward weekly, monthly and annual targets; cull out insights for future course of action.

The Ideal Noisemaker:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in developing new, strong B2B partnerships or being a B2B marketer with a proven sales record.

- MBA from a Premier Institute - Industry - Electronics / FMCG - Tenacious and Self-motivated with the ability to ruthlessly drive and achieve business goals.

- Exceptionally good at understanding business needs and brand vision.


- Proven experience in building sales pipelines from scratch using the personal and professional network.

- Proven track record of growing and scaling the B2B partnership channel for a company.

- Ability to thoroughly analyze business products and value propositions and put these into strategic thinking toward alliance partnership strategies.

- Data-driven decision-making, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.

- Skills allowing one to self-manage and self-improve without a need for constant monitoring.

- Big plus: Previous experience in establishing well-functioning and effective B2B partnerships across industries and outside-the-box- of usual alliances.
