Responsibilities
- Growing revenue and profitability within key accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve corporate growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their logistics requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their future needs and develop long-term partnerships.
- Drive sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets, including prospecting, lead qualification, and contract negotiations.
- Foster relationships with industry stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding, supply chain management, and related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel.
