Job description
Role & responsibilities
Generate new business.
To On board New Customers.
Monitor market trend in order to identify new business opportunity.
Daily (DSR) reporting to management
Build and maintain good business relationship with clients Coordinate with internal departments to Freight Forwarding solutions
Building a robust business development function to track potential customers and effective competitor mapping to increase market share.
He/ She should understand, develop and execute business plan; Gross Profit (GP), Volume, Revenue targets.
Understand the requirement of clients and co-ordinate with different departments for customised business proposal.
Negotiations, post sales follow up, retaining and enhancing relationship with key stake holders (internal/external) and managing C-level relationship.
Coordinate with implementation and operation teams for smooth customer onboarding and operational implementation.
Candidate should develop a strong sales pipeline to support the sales development plan and surpassing set targets.
The candidate should possess good networking skills to identify business opportunities, participating in industry events/conclave/exhibitions etc.
RFQ/RFP/RFO/Tender management.
Obtaining enquiries and submission of quotation to customers on time.
