the Services, Solution Design, IT infrastructure, Solution Architecture, RFP Response, Presales, MSP Solutions, Technical PresentationsJOB PURPOSE: Solution Architect responsible for building IT Manage Services SolutionQUALIFICATION: Bachelors of Engg in IT/ related years of experience in the managed Service DomainResponsibilities (includes All Tasks)- Understand customers IT operations and roll out a business case for Manage services outsourcing with relevant analysis on current operations/model and the ROI over outsourcing.- Conduct/Participate in customer workshops for demonstrating business cases & managed services model.- Respond to RFI/RFP received from Sales- Excellent interpersonal communications and negotiation skills- Present/ Demonstrate Managed Services Solution- Develop cost effective & scalable delivery models with SLA based support services.- Develop effort estimates for the proposed managed services solution across delivery models Ensure the solution proposed is optimally designed for the customer and as per the standard Practice- Planning and scheduling activities with the Managed Services Program Manager to ensure the success of the projects- Should have good understanding in service quality.- must be well versed in IT operations standards such as ITILTechnical Skills & Experience- Broad foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, IIS, TMG, ISA, SharePoint, Storage Area Networking (EMC, NetApp, or other), Data networking (Cisco, HP, Nortel), IP Telephony (Cisco, Nortel, Avaya), VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp, MS Hyper-V etc.- Technical certifications Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.Soft Knowledge in the ITIL Frame Work life cycleDesired Skills and Experience- Managed Services, Solution Design, IT infrastructure, Solution Architecture, RFP Response, Presales, MSP Solutions, Technical Presentations (ref:iimjobs.com)
