Based in Gurgaon, we are developing a five-acre business hub, which will soon house state-of-the-art facilities for our businesses. While this development is underway, our team operates from a dedicated office on the site, building the systems and culture that will drive our growth across diverse industries.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service and HR Specialist to work across our business verticals, ensuring seamless customer experiences and effective HR processes. This is a unique opportunity for a high-energy, people-focused individual to play a central role in creating exceptional experiences for both our customers and employees.
The ideal candidate will be a natural people person with high emotional intelligence, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive, high-vibration work culture. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
• Deliver outstanding customer service across health, telecoms, recruitment, and construction sectors via email, phone, and chat.
• Handle queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.
• Create and refine customer service systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Human Resources:
• Support recruitment efforts across all business verticals, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
• Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Organize team-building activities, training programs, and performance reviews.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering trust and alignment with company values.
• Promote a positive, high-energy workplace culture that prioritizes collaboration and growth.
Operational Excellence:
• Adapt to the needs of diverse industries and support the development of efficient systems across health, telecoms, recruitment, and construction.
• Focus on outcomes, ensuring high-quality results rather than just busyness.

Requirements
