Introduction:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Specialist HRSS to join the team in providing the best-in-class onboarding experience for GF's new hires in the APAC region. You will be tasked to perform transactions for a supported service area in a region, developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices, policies, and/or laws.

Your Job:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, hiring managers, HR team and other internal stakeholders.

  • Responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee.

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure a best-in-class experience for new hires.

  • Support HR tasks including creating databases, maintaining records, administering background checks and preparing reports.

  • Align new employees with managers and their team and timely communication of procedures and timelines to all stakeholders.

  • Prioritize and manage one's workload to meet critical deadlines.

  • Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management or in related fields.

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources function or related fields.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS.

  • Preferably having prior working experience using Workday system.

  • Preferably having prior working experience in a HR Shared Services function supporting India region.

  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

  • Meticulous and good team player.
