Customer Service Specialist

At Love Pangolin, we design travel wear for lives in motion. Flights, commutes, last-minute escapeswe make gear that's built to move. Now, we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who's just as dynamic.

You'll be the first point of contact for our customershelping them find the right fit, solving order issues, and turning every interaction into a reason to return.

What You'll Do:

- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone with warmth, speed, and clarity.
- Solve problems with empathy and efficiencyfrom sizing help to delivery issues.
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to resolve order concerns.
- Own the post-purchase experience, ensuring customer delight and loyalty.
- Spot patterns, flag feedback, and help us get better with every drop.

What You Bring:

- 23 years in a customer support or CX role (bonus if it's in fashion, DTC, or lifestyle brands).
- Strong communication skillsclear, calm, and genuinely helpful.
- A proactive mindset and love for problem-solving.
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar platforms.
- Flexibility to work across time zones when needed.

- An eye for design and detailour customers care about both.
- Passion for great product experiences, not just quick fixes.
- A soft spot for smart travel wear (we won't judge if you're already a fan).
