We are Progress Nasdaq PRGS - the trusted provider of software that enables our customers to develop deploy and manage responsible AI-powered applications and experiences with agility and ease Were proud to have a diverse global team where we value the individual and enrich our culture by considering varied perspectives because we believe people power progress Join us as a HR Services Specialist and help us do what we do best propelling business forward The HR Services Specialist is responsible for providing centralized human resource services resolving employee queries and transactions through Service Now and Workday This role ensures efficient service delivery and a seamless employee experience by leveraging technology and adhering to best practices This team will be responsible for supporting employees managers throughout the full cycle of hire to retire The team member will also be responsible for driving and implementing initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness build capability and talent of work force and team Key Responsibilities Employee Query Resolution Address and resolve employee queries and complaints ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction CSAT Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the efficiency of HR service delivery ServiceNow Platform Management Utilize ServiceNow as the primary platform to resolve employee queries and ensure timely and accurate responses Workday Transactions Manage HR transactions on Workday including employee data updates onboarding offboarding and other HR processes Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all transactions Data Management Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure the security and confidentiality of employee information Collaboration Work closely with HR Business Partners HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence HR COE to ensure alignment with organizational goals Reporting Generate and analyse HR reports to monitor service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement Skills and Competencies Flexibility to work in afternoon evening shifts as per Europe US Time Zone Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR systems particularly ServiceNow and Workday Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Customer service orientation and high sense of accountability for closure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices Experience and Education Requirements Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR operations Shared Services role Prior experience supporting US-based employees and managers Experience with HR systems particularly ServiceNow and Workday is highly preferred If this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals wed be happy to chat What we offer in return is the opportunity to experience a great company culture with wonderful colleagues to learn from and collaborate with and also to enjoy Compensation Competitive remuneration package Employee Stock Purchase Plan Enrolment Vacation Family and Health 30 days of earned leave An extra day off for your birthday Various other leaves like marriage leave casual leave maternity and paternity leave Premium Group Medical Insurance for employees and five dependents personal accident insurance coverage life insurance coverage Professional development reimbursement Interest subsidy on loans - either vehicle or personal loans Health Club reimbursement
