Key Functional Responsibilities

  • B2B lead generation for software sales services in the North American market.
  • Develop a lead generation strategy through email LinkedIn and other social media channels.
  • Generate leads.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns for lead generation and branding.
  • Identify target audience and grow our email list.
  • Research on primary and secondary lead data using tools such as Hubspot Zoho CRM pardot LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other database tools.
  • Coordinate with Data Mining and Sales Development teams in the development of marketing content for Customers/Potential Customers for LinkedIn Content Strategy.
  • Effective messaging strategies and creating compelling messaging for target Clients.
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes and promotions that succeed through LinkedIn and email marketing.
  • Measure results optimize LinkedIn lead nurturing and email messaging workflows and implement recommendations to optimize the campaign performance.
  • Identify suitable accounts for the company for global markets.
  • Identify key decisionmakers to reach out in those specific accounts.
  • Reach out to them and build a working rapport with them.
  • Explain & pitch our core value proposition to these stakeholders.
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
  • Follow up via various channels to lock in a demo for our Sales team.


Skill Requirement

  • Confident and selfdriven with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator email marketing marketing tools and great analytical skills
  • Experience of working with sales intelligence tools like Hubspot Zoho CRM pardot etc.
  • Experience working in digital or B2B customer acquisitions preferably with agencies.
  • Previous or current experience in reaching out to prospects on LinkedIn and/or via email
  • Some experience with using email templates and marketing automation
  • Familiarity in nurturing prospects into leads to creating message sequences
  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM
  • Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clientele.
    Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.
  • Should know email marketing tools and email marketing automation.
