We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with 5-7 years of proven expertise in direct sales of IT services, specifically in mobile app development and custom software development.

The ideal candidate should have strong international market exposure, a well-established network of channel partners, and a proven ability to generateand close leads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

a. Drive direct sales of IT services, focusing on mobile app development, custom software solutions, and technology consulting.

b. Identify, engage, and close business opportunities with international clients.

c. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.

2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

a. Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.

b. Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and relationship building.

c. Convert leads into long-term partnerships and increase revenue streams.

3. Channel Partner Management:

a. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners across different regions to expand market reach.

b. Collaborate with partners to co-create solutions and drive joint business initiatives.

c. Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners to ensure mutual growth.

4. Market Research & Strategy:

a. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.

b. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and drive sales growth.

5. Client Relationship Management:

a. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

b. Act as a primary point of contact for international clients to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications:

- Master's Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

- 5-7 years of direct sales experience in IT services, particularly in mobile app development and custom software development.

- Proven track record of selling to international customers across various markets.

- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and sales funnel management.

- Existing network of channel partners in multiple regions is a must.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Knowledge of IT services and software development cycles.

- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
