Job Overview
We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Personal Assistant for our Andheri location. This full-time role requires 7 to 10 years of work experience, facilitating executive administrative support and contributing to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, HR proficiency, and executive assistance skills, focusing on fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

- Expertise in human resources practices to manage personnel issues effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive executive administrative assistance skills to support top-level management activities (Mandatory skill).
- Vendor management experience to streamline procurement processes and maintain beneficial relationships.
- Conflict management skills to resolve disputes amicably and maintain office harmony.
- Travel management capabilities to ensure seamless booking and scheduling of business travel arrangements.
- Meeting scheduling proficiency to organize and facilitate executive meetings efficiently and timely.
- Mature discretion with a professional demeanor to handle confidential information with integrity and tact.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including daily scheduling and calendar management.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements to ensure efficient itinerary planning and execution.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders for streamlined communication.
- Manage vendor relationships to optimize procurement processes and cost-efficiency.
- Facilitate conflict resolution strategies to maintain a harmonious office environment.
- Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring preparedness and timely communication of goals and agendas.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that foster employee engagement and policy adherence.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information pertaining to the executive office.
