We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant - HR & Admin to provide comprehensive support to our founder. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**
- Coordinate and manage the founder’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize the executive's time.
**Communication Handling**
- Draft and prepare memos, letters, reports, and presentations on behalf of the founder.
**Meeting Coordination**
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items for follow-ups.
**Information Management**
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Conduct research and compile data to support initiatives and projects.
**Travel Arrangements**
- Handle flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation logistics.
- Create travel itineraries aligned with the executive’s preferences and schedules.
**Administrative Support**
- Manage expenses, process invoices, and maintain office supplies.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
**Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**
- Graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
**Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years in a personal assistant or similar administrative role.
**Technical Proficiency**
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
**Core Skills**
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible under pressure.
**Professionalism**
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Pay: ₹48,917.40 - ₹98,917.40 per month
