Looking for experienced candidates who have a strong understanding of the debit / credit card benefit management, CVP offered by banks / networks particularly in the travel domain and a proven track record in driving demand partnerships, particularly with banks / networks and other financial institutions. Experience in handling bank partnerships particularly card CVP is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key demand partners, particularly banks, networks and other financial institutions.
  2. Stay updated on industry trends w.r.t. travel, airport services, card benefits, management of these benefits and key players
  3. Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  5. Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, and work with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
  6. Work closely with the product, tech, legal, finance and marketing teams to align on platform development and GTM strategies.
  7. Drive sales initiatives to onboard new partners and expand existing partnerships within and outside India.


Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Partnerships preferably in the airport services, travel industry or banking partnerships.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  3. Proven track record of driving demand partnerships, especially with banks or financial institutions.
  4. Ability to run technical conversations with the bank to drive problem discovery and high-level solutioning
  5. Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual and financial aspects of the business.
  6. Experience in pitching to the CXOs / Senior management of banks / networks.
  7. In-depth understanding of the card benefits, CVP, management of benefits, including key players, operational functions, and recent industry trends.
  8. Familiarity with the dynamics of airport services and the role of banks / networks in providing complimentary or paid benefits as part of CVP.
  9. Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  11. Established and existing network with banks (public + private) and networks
