You are a right fit, If you are :
1.B2B sales representative who has worked in driving growth for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) vertical with combination of selling 1 or more of the following products - CRM, Loyalty, Marketing automation, Customer experience, Customer Data platform, Product rating & reviews.
2. Experienced in selling software for e-commerce or retails targeting Mid, SMEs & Enterprise markets.
Working with Karnival you will:
- Get exposure to 210+ international brands and large enterprises spanning across USA, India, UAE, GCC, Europe & LATAM
- Interact with diverse teams like Marketing, Brand and Operations.
- Work directly with Founders and senior management.
- Interact directly with large brands & learn global sales strategies.
- Extensive growth opportunities up the hierarchy.

Karnival is a customer marketing platform that focuses on elevating and leveraging current customers' experiences to improve retention and growth. In the last 4 years we have built a unified platform that seamlessly brings together various functionalities like Smart Receipts, Net Promoter Score assessments, Customer research, Surveys, and Product Reviews, Loyalty and Customer Journey Builder.
As a Sales consultant specializing in B2B (Business-to-Business) and SaaS (Software as a Service), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the market presence of Karnival’s SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for identifying & cultivating strategic partnerships and acquiring new business clients.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging trends by analyzing competitor offerings and market dynamics.
- Should be able to travel individually across the country to meet customers & prospects and build relationships
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to acquire partnerships and utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and also create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Proposals preparation & tracking until the client onboarding process.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships acting as a liaison between clients/partners and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of Karnival’s solutions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing Karnival’s sales strategy.
- Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and streamlined sales processes
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation in B2B SaaS.
- Consultative sales - understand and articulate value propositions to potential customers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, industry trends, and customer needs.
