Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional AI-Powered Senior Sales Executive to join our revenue team as a high-performing individual contributor.
This role represents the future of enterprise sales—a combination of deep industry expertise and AI innovation. You will leverage cutting-edge automation tools to function as a complete sales organization of one. From prospecting to closing, you'll own the full cycle of complex enterprise sales while consistently achieving and exceeding the desired annual quota through both new customer acquisitions and existing account growth.
This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on independence, embraces AI-driven selling, and has a proven record of succeeding in enterprise environments without traditional sales support.
AI-Powered Sales Methodology
This role eliminates traditional sales support functions by leveraging AI at every stage of the sales process.
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Replace SDR and admin dependencies with AI-powered prospecting.
- Use advanced platforms such as Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, Clay for research and prioritization of high-value enterprise prospects.
- Run automated multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, phone) with personalized messaging at scale.
- Apply predictive analytics for intelligent lead scoring and focus on prospects with the highest conversion probability aligned with quota goals.
Sales Process Automation
- Implement AI-driven CRM management to update deal stages, log activities, and maintain pipeline accuracy.
- Use meeting intelligence tools (e.g., Otter.ai, MeetGeek) to capture, summarize, and extract insights from client interactions.
- Deploy AI-based follow-up sequences ensuring every interaction is tracked.
- Generate proposals, contracts, and presentations dynamically using AI tailored to client requirements.
Sales Analytics & Optimization
- Operate real-time AI dashboards for performance insights and recommendations.
- Apply predictive forecasting models to anticipate deal closures.
- Automate competitor monitoring and market intelligence.
- Use AI for customer success prediction to uncover expansion opportunities and reduce churn.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution and onboarding.
- Deliver consistently on the desired annual revenue quota through both new and existing accounts.
- Handle strategic enterprise accounts with high-value deal sizes.
- Conduct needs assessments and translate business requirements into tailored LMS solutions.
- Manage complex procurement processes including RFPs, vendor evaluations, and negotiations.
- Design and optimize AI-driven sales workflows to boost efficiency and conversion.
- Build relationships with industry influencers, consultants, and partners.
- Represent VowelLMS at conferences, webinars, and thought leadership events.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to influence product and marketing strategy.
Required QualificationsProfessional Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-8 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding high-value quotas.
- Success as an individual contributor in senior-level enterprise sales roles.
- Experience selling into Fortune 500 or equivalent enterprises in both US and Indian markets.
Technical & AI Proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of AI sales automation tools (Lindy, Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, Clay, Reply.io, etc.).
- Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot) with AI integration capabilities.
- Proven ability to design and implement multi-step AI workflows.
- Skilled in AI prompt engineering and sales data analytics for forecasting and optimization.
- Understanding of procurement processes and compliance in enterprise software sales.
Communication & Market Expertise
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Cross-cultural fluency for US and Indian enterprise environments.
- Executive-level presence and ability to engage confidently with C-suite decision-makers.
- Proven stakeholder management skills in multi-decision environments.
- Proficiency in digital communication for enterprise outreach (LinkedIn, email, video conferencing).
