Jodaro - Growth Manager - Marketplace & D2C

Job Summary:

- The Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Jodaro's revenue growth by spearheading selection, conversion optimization, and overall performance across various marketplaces and the company's own D2C platform (jodaro.com).


- This individual will leverage their category management expertise to strategically expand product offerings, enhance customer experience, and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Growth:

- Lead selection expansion and optimization efforts on major marketplaces.

- Identify high-potential product categories and develop strategies to increase market share.

- Manage relationships with marketplace partners and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

- Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly.

D2C Growth:

- Drive traffic and conversion on jodaro.com through effective marketing campaigns and site optimization.

- Develop and execute category-specific merchandising strategies to improve product discoverability and sales.

- Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.

Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance conversion rates.

Category Management:

- Conduct in-depth category analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.

- Develop category-specific pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, supply chain) to ensure seamless category execution.

Revenue Growth:

- Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for both marketplace and D2C channels.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress regularly.

- Identify and implement growth initiatives to accelerate Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in category management, eCommerce, or a similar role.

Skills:

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a marketplace or D2C environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using eCommerce analytics tools and platforms.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.

- Self-starter with a passion for results.
