Job Title: Performance Marketer for Myntra and other Marketplaces

Location: Bangalore (onsite)

Salary: Upto 3-4 Lakhs Per Annum


Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer who will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Myntra and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in marketplace advertising strategies, campaign performance analysis, and budget optimization to achieve the best ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and brand growth on all key marketplaces.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for Myntra and other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets across various platforms to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Marketplace Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and strategies specific to Myntra and other platforms.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with content teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, seasonal trends, and sales events.
  • Keyword & Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for better audience targeting and increased visibility.
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on various campaign elements (ad copies, targeting strategies, bidding tactics) to improve performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design, product, and inventory teams to ensure campaigns align with inventory levels, product launches, and brand positioning.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce marketplaces like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
  • Proven experience with marketplace ad platforms (Myntra Seller Hub, AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and experience in optimizing these metrics.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or other data platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in fashion or apparel industry (preferred).
