**Associate - Marketplace and OMNI**

The MP and OMNI team at Myntra is responsible for shaping best in class experience for Myntra
marketplace customers and sellers. The team liaisons with various teams across the
organization to run the marketplace operations as well as drive critical projects as Myntra shifts
to a marketplace centric approach. MP is a central team working closely with Category, SCM,
Revenue, Planning to drive overall growth, profitability and seller experience.
Role:
The incumbent will be part of the team responsible for performance for some
Marketplace/OMNI sellers live on Myntra while ensuring operational metrics such as on
- time fulfilment of orders, seller led cancellations, speed perception on Myntra, and
service quality.
Introduces and executes new fulfilment benchmarks and service levels in line with
competition.
Implements faster fulfilment speed on Marketplace through execution of express
program to sellers and executing operational SOPs to drive speed through policy and
tech enabled constructs.

**Responsibilities**:
Execute seller performance policies with sellers including timely communication on
changes.
Ensure thresholds on packing and handover breaches are met and continually improved.
Ensure that customer delivery promise on Marketplace is competitive and continuously
improving.
Execute partner delisting criteria for tackling lapse in performance and quality metrics.
Create cordial coordination with the Sellers to drive process & quality improvement
initiatives.
Solving supplier issues related to order allocation, capacity alignment, fulfilment
performance, quality etc.
Coordination with category, marketplace, logistics, training team & other stakeholders.
Monitoring dashboards & metrics to maintain desired TAT.
Evaluate suppliers through various performance measurements including on time
dispatch, product QC and service performance.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Possesses Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a operations or startup environment; e
- commerce experience is desirable.
Strong problem-solving ability and decent understanding of numbers.
Stakeholder management: Must be proficient in keeping things on an even keel with all
stakeholders; manages relationships and resolve conflicts on a day-to-day basis.
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Proficient computer skills,
