Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Analyst/Associate
to join our
Strategy and Program Management team
within the CEO Office. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and play a key role in managing programs that drive company growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Analysis and PlanningConduct research and gather data on market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance.Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.2. Program ManagementAssist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key strategic programs and projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met on time.3. Reporting and CommunicationPrepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries for the CEO and senior executives.Track and communicate the progress of strategic initiatives and program outcomes to key stakeholders.4. Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.Assist in implementing best practices and standardized processes to enhance program management capabilities.5. Stakeholder ManagementEngage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and manage expectations.Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Science/Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.CA or MBA (preferred)Experience0-3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or program management, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry.Proven track record in managing strategic projects and complex initiatives is a plus.SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with senior executives and cross-functional teams.AttributesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
