Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of IT Sales to join our Hyderabad team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Vice President will play a pivotal role in driving IT sales strategies, managing and expanding client relationships, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
This leadership role involves collaborating closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and execute sales initiatives that enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans aligned with the companys business objectives.
- Lead and manage key client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships to foster business growth.
- Drive new business development initiatives to expand OpenTeQs market share in IT services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery, technical, and marketing to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
- Mentor and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
- Represent OpenTeQ at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in IT sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong expertise in IT management, IT strategy, and project management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the IT services industry is a strong (On-site)
