Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Vice President position, located in Hyderabad. The Vice President will oversee strategy development, operational planning, and execution to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include driving business growth, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The role will also involve setting key performance indicators, streamlining processes, and establishing relationships with key partners or clients to expand the organization's reach.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management skills
  • Expertise in driving business growth, business development, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in team management, cross-functional collaboration, and implementing operational improvements
  • Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is desirable but not mandatory
  • Excellent decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving business goals and managing large teams
  • An advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
