Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network within the real estate sector and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with developers and channel partners. This role is crucial for identifying new land and development opportunities, pitching our unique business model, and acting as the primary liaison between external partners and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key real estate developers, builders, and channel partners across Bangalore.
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Actively identify potential land parcels and new development opportunities through established networks.
- Business Development: Strategically pitch the company's business model to developers, exploring and finalizing collaboration agreements to build properties on identified lands.
- Project Liaison: Serve as the single point of contact between external developers and internal teams to ensure all discussions are streamlined and deal closures are executed smoothly.
- Market Intelligence: Stay well-informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and land availability within key micro-markets to inform business strategy.
- Networking & Representation: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen and expand the developer and channel partner base.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and operations teams to ensure all developer partnerships are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in channel sales or business development within the real estate or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing a network of developers, builders, and channel partners.
- A strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market, including key micro-markets, property values, and land acquisition processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Certifications in sales or real estate.
- A professional network that includes senior-level contacts within the real estate developer community.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex business models clearly.
