Regional Sales Manager

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned region
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve set objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop insights and make informed strategic decisions
- Provide regular sales forecasts budgets and reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for the sales team
- Participate in industry events conferences and trade shows to represent the company and expand network
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; Masters degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a sales management role with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of industry regulations and market trends
- Capability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
