Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Associate who can drive enterprise lead generation in the public sector . You’ll be at the front line of our growth—reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our products and solutions, qualifying opportunities, and helping move deals through the pipeline. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads across Central & State Govt., PSUs, and Defense sectors. Execute targeted outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling . Communicate Valiance’s AI, digital transformation, and cloud offerings effectively to prospects. Schedule and coordinate demo calls and follow-ups with leadership and technical teams. Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline movement through different deal stages. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to refine pitch decks, case studies, and outreach messaging. Provide market insights and help shape outreach strategy for different public-sector segments. Desired Experience & Skills 1–3 years of inside sales / business development experience , preferably in AI, digital transformation, or cloud solutions . Prior exposure to the public sector / PSU ecosystem is highly desirable. Solid understanding of AI, digital technologies, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) . Strong research and prospecting skills using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc. Personal Attributes Ownership mindset – you take initiative and see things through. Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal. Pleasant, people-oriented personality – you enjoy engaging with new people. Tech-curious – genuinely interested in how AI and digital solutions create impact. Self-starter – can work independently with minimal handholding. Bias for outcomes – focused on results, not just activities.
