Role Overview: We're seeking a Sales and Customer Growth Executive who is energetic, driven, and confident in building human connections. As a consultative sales professional, you'll guide professionals in taking control of their financial future through our platform. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Relationship Management: - Drive sales as an individual contributor - Establish and manage relationships with clients - Build strong partnerships with clients to ensure operational cohesion and future growth - Client Engagement: - Engage with inbound leads via webinar, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Lead Generation - Guide prospects through our investing system, pricing plans, and onboarding process - Follow up on dormant leads and re-engage cold prospects with empathy and insight - Required Skills: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales in the finance industry - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides What We Offer: - On-job training and experience in Inside Sales module - Compensation: up to ₹2.3 Lakhs to ₹3 Lakhs
