Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling, exceptional closing rates, and experience selling MarTech SaaS solutions similar to AdsEther. This role involves generating leads independently, conducting extensive cold calls to the U.S. market, and consistently booking meetings with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Independently identify and research potential leads within the U.S. market, focusing on businesses that would benefit from AdsEther's solutions.
- Cold Calling: Make a minimum of 120 cold calls per day to prospective clients, aiming to engage in meaningful conversations.
- Client Engagement: Successfully connect with at least 50 prospects daily with an exceptional meetings booking rate.
- Ability to Handle Rejections: Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of rejection, with the ability to persistently pursue goals.
- Go-Getter Attitude: A proactive and self-motivated approach, always striving to exceed targets and contribute to the company’s success.
- Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the value proposition of AdsEther's platform, tailoring the message to address the specific needs of each prospect.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring a well-organized sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share insights from prospect interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales development role, with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience selling MarTech SaaS products, demonstrating an understanding of the digital marketing and advertising landscape.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting, with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track outreach efforts.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to handle high-volume calling and follow-up activities efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
- U.S. Market Focus: Availability to work hours that align with U.S. business time zones to effectively reach and engage prospects.
