Key Strategy:


- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Client Management:


- Manage existing client accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly.

Sales Process:


- Prospect for new clients and generate leads.

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings.

- Present IT hardware solutions to clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals.

- Monitor sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately.

Team Management:


- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.

- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.

- Set performance goals and track team performance.

Qualifications and Skills:


- Proven track record in sales and account management.

- In-depth knowledge of IT hardware products and solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- Previous experience in the IT hardware industry is a plus
