Role Description
We are seeking a Hardware Product Manager for a full-time, on-site role at Factacy.AI in Gurgaon. In this role, you will take ownership of AI-integrated hardware solutions, driving their development from concept to market. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards in quality, functionality, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the lifecycle development of AI-integrated hardware products.
Gather insights from performance data, users, and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, AI, and software teams for cohesive hardware development.
Conduct market research to refine product vision and explore new opportunities.
Manage suppliers, vendors, and manufacturing partners for efficient production.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and on time.
Ensure compliance with global industry standards and certifications (e.g., CE, FCC).
Coordinate cross-functional efforts for successful product launches.
Implement post-launch improvements based on feedback and trends.
Drive innovation by integrating AI and ML capabilities into hardware products.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in hardware product management; startup experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of hardware development, lifecycle management, and AI technologies.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of industry standards, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
