- Our first product Rotimatic, an AI-powered Roti making robot is the global #1 in its category. Rotimatic is a modern kitchen appliance brand that is working on a unique category. The product has received a lot of love from its 1,00,000+ users and has grown basis word of mouth & strong consumer value proposition.

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales & Marketing to oversee and drive the marketing, sales, and order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background combined with hands-on experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the digital space. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of driving business growth within the D2C space.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust marketing plans accordingly.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and promotional content.

Growth Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success, inside sales) to align growth strategies with business objectives.

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Markets: Worked in D2C markets of Channel Sales in the US/Canada/UK/Australia markets.

Sales:

- Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.

- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to ensure alignment with business goals.

Order Fulfillment:

- Work closely with the logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment processes.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to order fulfillment and marketing campaigns.

Develop Offline Sales channel:

- Develop and manage a robust offline sales strategy.

- Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the US and expat markets.

- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Customer Retention:

- Monitor and analyze NPS and CSAT scores to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Analyze survey results to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

- Create content that addresses customer feedback and promotes positive experiences.

- Develop and manage loyalty programs, referral programs, and other customer retention Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering with an MBA preferred. Candidates from IIT, IIM and similar pedigree would be preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, growth with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in a business management role within a direct-to-consumer brand is mandatory.

- Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, in a digital landscape

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software).

- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
