  • Brand Positioning: Define and refine Healthify’s brand positioning within the D2C landscape, ensuring that our brand stands out in a competitive market and resonates deeply with our consumer base.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in brand marketing with a proven track record in new-age tech companies focused on B2C or D2C sectors.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing effective content marketing and organic growth strategies.
  • Strong experience working with marketing/advertising agencies, overseeing campaign development and execution, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning strategies, particularly within the D2C domain.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a dynamic marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building internal and external relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
