Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as the Head of Marketing: Brand, CRM, and Loyalty at India's largest retail company This executive role is based in Bangalore and requires a full-time commitment. You will lead the marketing strategy to enhance brand perception, develop effective CRM strategies, and implement loyalty programs, driving the company's growth and success in Retail.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Brand Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated expertise in enhancing and maintaining brand perception to align with company objectives and market trends.
  • CRM Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Loyalty Programs (Mandatory skill): Successful track record in designing and managing loyalty programs that improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to drive online presence and engagement.
  • Market Research: Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic marketing decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning: Excellent skill in developing long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and managing a diverse marketing team to deliver on all strategic marketing objectives effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in using data analytics to drive marketing decisions, assess campaign performance, and optimize strategies.

  • Develop and direct marketing strategies to strengthen the brand and align with company goals.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of CRM strategies to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Design and oversee loyalty programs that effectively increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing team to achieve targets and foster professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
