Shipsy– AI-Native Platform for Autonomous Supply Chains Gurgaon AI-powered technology DNA Integrated TMS + WMS platform Global market presence with275+ enterprises served Recognized byGartner® Magic Quadrant™and “Customers’ Choice” in Transportation Management Systems Clients includeHeineken, Aramex, Walmart, Qatar PostRole: Growth ConsultantObjective: Be the primary advocate for Shipsy’s customers, ensuringmaximum value realization , strong adoption, customer satisfaction, and contributing torevenue growth and retention .Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term client partnerships Onboarding & Adoption Ensure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption Account Reviews & Growth Conduct business reviews, track KPIs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities Customer Advocacy Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams Problem Resolution Proactively address challenges in partnership with support/product teams Training & Enablement Deliver workshops, training sessions, and resources for clients Data-Driven Insights Analyze usage data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategies Renewals & Retention Partner with account management to secure renewals and expansion revenue Growth Consulting & Strategy Advise clients on strategic initiatives to maximize business outcomesCandidate Profile: Experience:3–5 years in Growth, Account Management, Consulting, SaaS, supply chain/logistics tech, or Expansion Sales Knowledge:Strong understanding of supply chain operations and customer lifecycle management Skills:Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving; ability to work cross-functionally Education:Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)Culture & Opportunity Be part ofbuilding the future of autonomous supply chains Work in a fast-growing, innovative, and globally recognized AI-native platform
