We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects. Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India. The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi,etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas. With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain. Job Overview: We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence across multiple platforms. This role goes beyond traditional social media management – it requires expertise in business generation , team leadership and creative campaigns to drive engagement, growth, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and optimize content distribution across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook. Monitor trends and leverage new opportunities to keep the brand ahead in the digital space. 2. Lead Generation & Performance Optimization Strategize and implement organic social media campaigns focused on lead generation. Analyze and optimize content and ad performance to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the brand team to track social media's impact on business growth. 3. Content Creation & Creative Copywriting Develop compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, and promotional content. Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and high-impact creatives. Ensure brand tone, voice, and messaging are consistent across all social platforms. 4. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, designers, and content creators. Set clear goals, delegate tasks efficiently, and oversee the execution of social media plans. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. 5. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, brand awareness, and engagement. Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance marketing) to ensure successful campaign rollouts. Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize for better results. 6. Social Media Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report key social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Use insights to refine content strategy and improve ROI on social media activities. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitors' strategies. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: Min. 3 years in social media management Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Proven experience in lead generation through social media Excellent copywriting skills with a creative mindset. Experience in handling and leading a team. Ability to plan and execute impactful social media campaigns . Proficiency in social media analytics tools Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
