Role & Responsibilities:

- As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's social media presence.

- You will work to develop engaging content, manage campaigns, track performance, and ensure that our brand message is consistent and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and improve customer engagement.

Content Creation & Management:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

- Content may include text posts, images, videos, and infographics.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions, ensuring that they are in line with marketing goals and target audience needs.

Community Management:

- Monitor social media channels, interact with followers, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Foster engagement and build relationships with the online community.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Facebook Insights.

- Provide actionable insights to improve strategy and drive better results.

Brand Consistency:

- Ensure all social media content is aligned with the company's brand voice, style, and guidelines.

- Maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.

Trends & Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains fresh and Work closely with other marketing, PR, and content teams to align social media efforts with other digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.

Influencer & Partnership Management:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify reach and engagement.
