As a leader in the Web3 space, we are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who is passionate about community engagement and driving our social media presence to the next level.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong preference for those with a background in the Web3 space. This role requires someone who is deeply immersed in the latest trends and insights within the Web3 community and is a strategic thinker capable of building our social media presence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand presence and engage with the Web3 community.
Manage and optimize our social media channels, including Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Discord.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including writing compelling copies that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to continuously refine strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Web3 trends, insights, and best practices, ensuring Mizzle remains at the forefront of the conversation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
Build and lead a team of social media professionals as the company grows.
Engage with our community, responding to inquiries, fostering discussions, and encouraging active participation across platforms.
Work closely with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all channels.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in driving engagement and growth.
Web3 experience is highly preferred.
Proficient in managing and growing social media channels, including Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Discord.
Strong writing skills with experience in crafting engaging and impactful social media copies.
Demonstrated experience in building social media strategies from scratch.
A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in content writing is a plus.
A deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and an active participant in the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in analytics and using social media management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
