Working Days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
At Miduty, we believe that remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and strategic thinking drive impactful digital presence. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, manage a team, and drive engagement through compelling content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and management of the social media content calendar, aligning with brand objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance metrics, providing reports and insights.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Leverage social media management tools and task managers for efficient workflow and campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in the social media landscape.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of handling brand campaigns.
- Strong experience in team management and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Hands-on experience with campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with task management tools.
