At Miduty , we believe that remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and strategic thinking drive impactful digital presence. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, manage a team, and drive engagement through compelling content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and management of the social media content calendar , aligning with brand objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance metrics , providing reports and insights.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Leverage social media management tools and task managers for efficient workflow and campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in the social media landscape.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of handling brand campaigns.
- Strong experience in team management and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Hands-on experience with campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting .
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize performance.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics .
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with task management tools.
