Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team at STUDIO ARUNISHA, a multidisciplinary design studio based in Gurugram. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our brand, increase visibility, and engage with our target audience
  • Create and manage social media content, including writing and scheduling posts, and creating engaging visuals
  • Monitor social media platforms for trends, insights, and opportunities to improve our social media presence
  • Interact with followers, reply to comments and messages, and maintain a positive brand image
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing objectives
  • Analyze social media performance using tools and metrics, and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating social media advertising campaigns
  • Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
