What would your day look like:

- Identify and evaluate Partners for potential lending partnership opportunities aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Develop a strategic roadmap for partnerships, outlining key focus areas, target industries, and potential collaborators.

- Foster relationships with external organizations, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to explore mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Lead & maintain the relationship with potential partners, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the organization.

- Develop and structure partnership agreements, detailing responsibilities, benefits, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate with legal, Credit, Tech, Finance & Sales teams to ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve the quality leads, conversion & revenue.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships to measure the success and impact of collaboration efforts.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development

- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

What are we looking at:

- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 1 year or more in leading partnerships and driving business growth.

- Strong understanding of lending products, financial regulations, and industry trends.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to partnerships.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility and adaptability to change

- A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field

- Open to travel local & outstation.
