Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
- Create, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
SEO and SEM:
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Plan, execute, and manage SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and other online advertising initiatives.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase online presence and improve marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to enhance engagement and reach.
Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Track and analyse campaign performance to optimize results.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize web analytics tools to measure site traffic, campaign performance, and user behaviour.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of exp
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hubspot etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
