**Role Description**What you will be doing**: If you love marketing and would like to become an absolute expert, this is as close to a dream role as you could get.** Growth Marketing - Acquisition (~80% of your time)**: You will drive the growth efforts for the company, esp focused on acquisition through scaling up campaigns (On FB / Google Ads platforms and more), improving user flows, communication etc to ensure Kraftshala’s marketing efforts stand out for the user**: Scaling up Campaigns**:You’ll be strategizing, planning and optimizing campaigns to drive growth and CAC efficiencies across FB/ YT/ Search / Display platforms** New Experiments**:You’ll be looking for and activating new channels for growth** Lead Management**:You’ll be working closely with the admissions team to drive up lead quality continuously while also setting up better systems like accurate lead scoring etc** Acquisition Journeys**:Drive product builds /automations to make a seamless user journey including but not limited to Chatbot integrations, UserFlow Management** Innovation**:You’ll also be involved in building new propositions/products by creating and evaluating concepts as Kraftshala expands to different audiences** Training (~20% of your time)**: All members of the Kraftshala marketing team (including the co-founders) spend a substantial portion of their time in training emerging talent. Your role will focus on the following**: Content Development**:You’ll be combining insights from your experience, plus conversations from top marketing/ digital experts in India to create simplified frameworks for professionals and students. You would be asked to experiment with new tools, platforms etc to help our training programs up-to-date.** Training**:You will also be taking regular sessions for students of our programs on a variety of marketing topics.** Program Design**:You will be designing learning experiences to deliver outstanding careers for students. This involves looking and analyzing a lot of data including student learning outcomes, recruiter feedback, student feedback. You can check out what students say about our learning experience: Click here** To summarize**: The learnings which you’ll get through training, speaking to experts on one hand and simplifying concepts for beginners on the other hand, will enable you to run better campaigns, which in turn will help you train better. This virtuous loop will help you become a kickass marketing professional.
**Must Haves**: 1-3 years of experience in driving growth through performance marketing including Facebook Ads, Google Ads (YT, SEM, Display) etc. A structured, data-driven, user centric approach to problem solving High iteration / learning velocity to learn and adapt to new platforms, and ideas. Growth mindset which allows us to continuously question things and keep raising the bar by identifying and working on critical parts of the puzzle Strong execution skills to ensure we setup and measure through good systems and processes**
Good to Haves**: Experience of driving growth for a start-up or working in an agency on different brands**
What is the recruitment process**: As a small team (~65 folks), it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation (telephonic/video conference) with us will last about 30-60 minutes. Typically the whole process takes between 10 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules.
