Job Description Summary

Our company is seeking a Growth Marketing Head who is entrepreneurial, data-focused, and hands-on across all areas of the marketing function. Growth Marketing Head who is passionate about business development, growth and has a sound understanding of the customer experience cycle, i.e. customer acquisition, customer conversion, customer retention and customer lifetime value.

1. Required Experience
• Total experience (Year wise) : 6 to 8 Years
• Experience Work wise in capacity of : Growth Marketing
• Preferred Industry/ Company : Publishing/Product Technology , Any industry

2. Key Job Responsibilities:
As a Growth Marketing Head at our company, you will:
◦ Find and address issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn
◦ Build, own and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel
◦ Find opportunities to grow customer acquisition rapidly
◦ RoI-driven marketing strategies that drive the direction of landing pages, websites, copy, layouts and funnels that are designed to convert
◦ Strategize on how to optimize pricing tiers for growth
◦ Develop, monitor and improve live campaigns, analyze websites and funnels and prepare performance analysis reports that identify areas of opportunity
◦ Provide reporting to the senior management team against agreed performance measures and provide insights on future strategies
◦ Creating value propositions and actionable messages. We need someone creative who can adapt value propositions to the marketing language and the user's needs through different platforms
◦ Identify best-fit customers by segments and verticals using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads
◦ Stay on top of industry trends, technologies and new features in online advertising

3.  Essential Skills required :
Our ideal Growth Marketing Head will have the following:
◦ A positive 'can-do' attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver
◦ An RoI-driven Direct Response marketing strategy
◦ A mind that analyses & seeks out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversions and improve the customer experience
◦ A solid understanding of how Direct Response, Digital Strategy, Optimisation, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, page performance, Google AdWords, SEO and Facebook Ads affect and can improve conversion rates
◦ Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
