An important part of the Digital Banking team, this individual will be responsible for crafting and executing the strategy around driving customer value (cross-sell, win-back and transaction intensity) and growing the Assets (loan book).

In this role, you will be the

P&L owner

of growing and shaping the Asset book of the Digital bank by working with cross-functional teams e.g. digital marketing, tech solutions, product etc.

A.

P&L Ownership of Asset Book:


Work on initiatives/levers to grow Asset book of the Digital Bank, with an objective to increase conversion from target bases new and drive adoption among the new/existing consumers.

Improve conversion funnel continuously by driving optimization of digital journeyIdentify and implement levers across channels with the help of cross-functional teams aimed at improving the penetration of the Asset business and ensuring seamless journeys.

Work closely with Bank's product, Analytics and Digital marketing team for designing targeted campaigns basis customer persona and targeted digital outreach respectively.

Build a high quality book, by working with Risk, Collections and putting in place appropriate checks and balances

B. Product EnhancementBe the voice- of customer in shaping the new set of features/products that the bank should launchWork closely with Marketing team to create awareness and engagement campaigns and should have a strong view on customer needsIncrease adoption of new products among the existing consumers through cross-sell and upsell initiatives in Asset and paymentsCo-create new and optimise existing cross-sell and upsell user journeys with Digital Product ManagersCollaborate with the Bank's Campaigns, Analytics and Overall Portfolio teams to drive efforts on driving conversion funnel

Work Experience15+ years of relevant experience in driving P&L in senior leadership roles in building Assets business, preferably for a Bank/ NBFC/ FintechMBA from Tier I/II business schoolCustomer centric mindset and eye for detail is a must
