Job Overview


We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented PPC Executive to support our paid marketing campaigns and in managing day-to-day operations across various paid marketing campaigns. The majority of projects will be SaaS-based, with additional responsibilities for managing Meta campaigns for B2C clients and local paid marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with US-based clients and be proficient in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and advanced data management in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist PPC Lead in managing and optimizing paid search and social media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, etc.) for SaaS clients.
  • Support day-to-day campaign monitoring, ensuring budgets, KPIs, and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute and refine ad strategies for B2C clients and local marketing campaigns.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports using Looker Studio and Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain data accuracy across reports and dashboards in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
  • Perform keyword research, ad copy optimization, and bid management to ensure campaign performance aligns with goals.
  • Communicate effectively with US-based clients, providing updates on campaign performance and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes, particularly in paid media and SaaS advertising.


Qualifications


  • 1-2 years of experience in PPC management, preferably with SaaS or D2C experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with US clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience with remarketing, display advertising, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
  • Knowledge of local and B2C market dynamics in digital advertising.
