Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects through outbound calling strategies. This role requires a persuasive communicator who can effectively showcase the benefits of our broadband products and secure sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided.

Present and promote our broadband products to prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions.

Provide accurate information regarding product specifications, pricing, and promotions.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.

Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


Proven experience in outbound sales, ideally within the telecommunications or broadband industry.

Strong communication skills with a persuasive and persistent approach.

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales goals.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Fluency in English; additional languages like Hindi and Arabic are a plus.


Package - 2.5 LPA - 3.8 LPA


Experience - 6 months - 1 year experience in sales. Freshers are also welcome.
