We have a dynamic sales team of around 10 professionals and are committed to delivering the finest quality Hing products to our customers.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, developing strategic sales plans, and driving the overall sales performance of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the food or spice industry.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge required for success.

- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve sales targets.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the food or spice industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
